5 BEST AND EASY SELF HEALING PRACTICES

 Even in the busy days in our life, we should not forget about our inner world. It is not about mid-age adults anymore. From a child to a teenager to a growing adult, we all need inner guidance.  

Let's look at some best self-healing practices to thrive from the inside out. These practices are easy to do and will help you to understand your inner world.

1 = QUESTIONING JOURNALING

 A questioning journal is a type of journaling to know your internal state. In this journal, you have to answer some questions about yourself. This will help you to learn, about your basic wants and needs. The questions can be as simple as what do you like to do to as hard as what do you fear and why.These kinds of journal prompts are easily available on google.

2 = EXPRESS FEELINGS JOURNALING  

Most of the time, we ignore our bad feelings. We say no, this is wrong to feel this way. But as humans, we are emotional beings. And we should know how to deal with our emotions. 

Take a blank piece of paper and write down everything that you are feeling at that particular time. This simple practice will help you to release your stored emotions. And also, will help you to be more mindful of your internal state.

3 = FIND YOUR FLOW

Find an activity that makes you lose the sense of time. Like, painting, cooking, singing, dancing. Anything that may not contribute anything extra to your life. But gives you a sense of calmness and  connectedness.  

4 = PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Body movement is also a wonderful practice to help us release stored emotions. And it gives our body extra energy to thrive. Our minds and bodies are interconnected. Remember how hunger sometimes raises anger inside us? Any kind of physical activity from 5 minutes of stretch to 30 minutes of walk a day. Will help us to build our overall internal health.

 5 = FOCUS ON WHAT YOU ARE CONSUMING 

Daily, we consume a lot of unnecessary information through social media platforms. From entertaining videos to toxic trends. Even we are not focusing on them, our brain does observe them all. Focusing on what we are consuming? And how much they are important to us? Can release a lot of baggage of useless information and save us from the guilt of wasting our time.

All the exercises above will help you to witness your thoughts and patterns. So that you can work on them. For example, by witnessing the thoughts you can figure out what is hurting you. And then you can change them by what can heal you.
